MedAssist.Live enables the provision of real-time medical professional advice. It is a business to business application that intended to be used in (closed) teams. This means that you and your medical expert have to be set up in a team before you can use the application in a secure session.

Does the Live App replace medical expertise ?

No, it actually brings medical expertise to you. The App is a communication solution.

How reliable is the Live App?

The Live app has been tested intensively with respect to functionality, performance and robustness. The Live app depends on the availability of WIFI and Internet. It has been tested succesfully in environments with limited communication facilities (low bandwidth, high latency).

On which devices is the app available?

The Live App is available on iOS and Android devices.

How do I use the Live app?

You can use the app to connect to a medical expert. You can work jointly and get visual and advice from an expert who is sharing the same image of your local reality, real-time.

Why is a user profile required?

Without a user profile you cannot be joined into a team of co-workers. MedAssist Live is a business to business application that is used in (closed) teams. This means that you and your medical expert have to be set up as a user in a team before you can use the app in a secure session.

Is the information safe?

We meet the EU Medical Device CE Class I requirements and EU GDPR requirements. The information is with a cloud service provider that meets ISO 92000 and NEN 7510 standards. No sensitive data is held locally on the device.
